📧 One-time Gmail setup — the app needs a free Google OAuth Client ID to read your personal Gmail:
Go to console.cloud.google.com → create a project (e.g. "BPG Portal") → APIs & Services → Library → enable Gmail API.
OAuth consent screen → External → fill the app name, add your Gmail address as a test user.
Credentials → Create credentials → OAuth client ID → Web application → add authorised JavaScript origin https://bpg-admin-portal.pages.dev.
Copy the Client ID (ends in .apps.googleusercontent.com) and paste it here:
